Combermere Grad Class 2027 logo design was developed as a bold visual identity for the graduating class of Combermere School in Barbados. The project focused on creating a distinctive and versatile mark that could represent the class across both digital and physical applications.
The central concept is built around the number 27, making the graduating year the primary visual element of the identity. Instead of treating the year as secondary information, the numerals were developed into the main graphic form, giving the logo a distinctive silhouette and making it immediately recognizable as the Class of 2027.
Graduation and achievement-inspired elements, including a graduation cap, torch and stars, were incorporated into the mark. These elements were carefully integrated into the overall composition rather than functioning as separate decorative icons. This helped create a cohesive identity while reinforcing themes of education, achievement and celebration.
The visual direction was designed to feel energetic and contemporary while still reflecting the importance of a graduation milestone. The bold geometry and dynamic movement give the identity a collegiate and athletic quality, allowing it to work naturally across both formal graduation materials and casual class merchandise.
Colour was another important part of the identity. The primary version uses Combermere School’s recognizable blue and yellow colour palette, creating a strong connection to the school. Additional black and white versions were developed to ensure the logo could remain effective across different backgrounds, production methods and applications.
Combermere Grad Class 2027 logo design was also approached as more than a standalone logo. The identity was created with flexibility in mind, allowing it to extend across graduation shirts, hoodies, banners, social media graphics, event materials and other class merchandise.
The resulting visual system gives the graduating class a consistent and recognizable identity that can be used throughout the 2027 graduation year while maintaining a strong connection to Combermere School and the spirit of the graduating class.
